Hathaway Group Brokers $2.9 Million Land Sale in NorthShore Business Park
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (July 10, 2025) – An 11-acre medical office site in North Little Rock’s NorthShore Business Park was purchased on June 13th for $2,875,000. Jeff Hathaway and David Hathaway of Hathaway Group represented the sellers of two adjacent tracts in the sale to Arkansas Specialty Partners, LLC, the buyer who was represented by Jason Parker of Cushman & Wakefield | Sage Partners. The two sellers were the business park’s developer, Pfeifer Family Limited Partnership #1, and Jonesboro Investment Co., LLC, an independent investor. The buyer is an affiliate of OrthoArkansas, a prominent provider of orthopedic services.
