Hathaway’s Handling of COVID-19

The #1 priority at Hathaway Group is the health and safety of our team members, their families, our clients, customers and community. Accordingly, last Friday we began working remotely, and the continuing news updates have led us to extend this arrangement until further notice. Specifically:

  • We’ve closed our office to the public. Although at times we’ll continue to have limited personnel there for essential site-specific functions, we are not encouraging visits. If you believe you need to visit our office, please first call your person of contact at our firm to discuss the situation.

  • Deliveries and rent payments can be made during office hours pursuant to the collection system at our front door.

  • Our team members are working from home every day and have full access to our normal information and communications tools. Continue to contact any of our professionals as you normally would.

  • Our maintenance technicians are fully equipped and mobile, and are responding as usual to take care of all the needs of the owners and tenants of our properties. Our brokers and property managers are available for appropriate or necessary site visits, but are deliberately limiting contact with the public as encouraged by health experts and officials.

 
Every time our country has faced a challenge, we’ve come together and met the challenge. This will be no different. Let’s keep in touch, but keep our distance, until this danger subsides.
